Reverend Bobby Bolton, (left), pastor of Sweet Hope Baptist Church in Laurel, delivered an opening prayer to the senate on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at the invitation of Senator Billy Hudson, who led the Pledge of Allegiance, after Lt. Governor Tate Reeves called lawmakers to order.
Bobby Bolton is also President of the Perry County Board of Supervisors.
