We're excited to share details about the upcoming MAS 2025 Mid-Winter Legislative Conference! Here’s everything you need to know:

Conference Dates 2025: The 2025 Mid-winter Conference will take place from Wednesday, February 5, to Friday, February 7, 2025.

Venue Location: The Conference will be held at the Sheraton Refuge Hotel & Conference Center located at 2200 Refuge Blvd. Flowood, MS 39047.

Registration & Hotel Blocks: Registration and Hotel Blocks will open Tuesday, November 19 at 10:00 am. You will receive a follow-up email, text, and a mailed hardcopy with complete details on Tuesday, November 19 by 10:00 am, so keep an eye out on your text and emails! For your convenience, all registration forms and hotel information will also be accessible here on our website.

Local Happenings – Dixie National Rodeo & Livestock Show: For those sticking around after the conference, the Dixie National Rodeo and Livestock Show will be in Jackson from February 7–9 and February 12–15—a perfect opportunity to enjoy some classic rodeo entertainment following our conference. The Sheraton Refuge Hotel room block will not open until 10 am. The booking link will not be live until 10 am.

Hotel Booking Tips: When booking with the Sheraton or other overflow hotels, note that the default reservation dates may be set from Tuesday, February 4 to Friday, February 7. If you do not require accommodations for Tuesday, please adjust your check-in and check-out dates accordingly. Availability for Tuesday, February 4, is limited, so if you encounter a 'sold out' notice for Tuesday through Friday that may mean only Tuesday has sold out so try booking for Wednesday to Friday instead. Please be aware that rooms sell fast. Once the block has sold out, MAS can no longer add additional rooms. You may check the hotels website (outside the MAS block to check for availability).

Booking Tip at the Sheraton: The quickest way to book is through the Sheraton's online booking link but please note that it may only allow you to reserve one room at a time so if you need multiple rooms, we recommend having fellow colleagues book as well.
