Clark Associates (Clark Engineers) has been providing a wide range of quality professional engineering and architectural services to public and private clientele for 78 years. Clark Engineers was at the forefront during the development of the Office of State Aid Road Construction system and continues to support and partner with OSARC and MAS for the betterment of our MS Counties.
