Neel-Schaffer is a multi-disciplined engineering, planning and construction management firm that was founded in 1983 and today is one of the largest private, employee-owned engineering firms in the South, operating 36 offices across nine states. Based in Jackson, we have 15 other Mississippi offices, blanketing the state from the Gulf Coast to the Golden Triangle. We also have operations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
