The Mississippi Association of Supervisors (MAS) will hold three regional meetings to discuss additional details regarding the implementation of the new Debt Setoff Program.
The meeting will focus on giving county officials and staff the information and resources needed to begin using the program. We will provide tips on how to efficiently and effectively collect debt through the program. We will also provide helpful information on how to properly collect and maintain information needed to submit debts for setoff and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Please attend the meeting that best fits your schedule. We encourage county officials and staff interested in the program to attend. Lunch will be provided.
