Purpose

 

2018 Transportation & Infrastructure Improvement Fund

In an effort to continue to address the infrastructure needs of Mississippi’s local governments. During the 2018 Special Legislative Session, the Mississippi Legislature created the 2018 Transportation & Infrastructure Improvement Fund. This language was injected into Section 13 of Senate Bill 2002 (BP Settlement Legislation) from the special session. The goal of this fund was to address various specific local government infrastructure needs across the State of Mississippi.
