Pafford EMS and its clinical air division, Pafford Air One, are a part of one of the oldest nd largest private ambulance services in the country. The Pafford family of emergency services currently operates a fleet of 150 ground ambulances, 6 Specialty Care Transport units, 3 Bell 407 GX helicopters, and 1 Super King Air 200. 

At Pafford EMS, we enjoy a 53+ year history as an industry leader in pre-hospital and critical care transport emergency medicine. Pafford EMS proudly serves the citizens of Leflore, Madison, Rankin, Washington and Yazoo Counties as well as the City of Starkville and Merit River Region Hospital (Vicksburg).
